BEFORE YOUR 1ST CLASS
Arrive 10 minutes before class. No entry after the first 10 minutes.
Injuries or concerns? Tell your coach before class.
Bring shoes, a towel, and a water bottle. Changing room on site, no shower. Outdoor shoes are OK.
