For athletes already training for HYROX or have participated before. We will do specific HYROX stations and also exercises that support the main movements. We will rotate the main focus each day. Foundation, Engine and Power.
Introduces proper form and technique in a welcoming, low-pressure environment. Built for all ages and adjusted to each student's level. Progress, form, and enjoyment. Great exercise from everybody, even if you do not plan to compete at HYROX.
Bring your partner. This workout is designed to prepare you for a HYROX doubles race. Training is different than regular classes, focusing more on transitions, workouts splits, and higher intensity with rest.
Bring your friends, family, or come alone and practice the movement you are going to do in the race.
Each person mainly practices the movements that they are going to do on race day.
